Athletics
Guided by the belief that a successful individual is one who is healthy in both mind and body, Bishop Allen Academy offers an athletic program that is second to none.
The foundation of the program is the exciting and rigorous curriculum offered to the many students who enrol in Health and Physical Education courses.
Building upon this base, the staff of Bishop Allen fields teams that have enjoyed enormous success in the city.
Numerous teams and individuals have gone on to win TDCAA Championships.
In the last 10 years, many of our teams have participated at the provincial level of the OFSAA.
Bishop Allen also offers a vibrant intramural sports program in recognition that athletics should be fun and inviting for all.
In a less competitive field, our students are able to participate in and enjoy the following sports: flag football, ball hockey, European handball, baseball, ultimate frisbee and indoor soccer.
Prizes are awarded accordingly to the champions of the various tournaments.
All students are encouraged to come out and enjoy what Allen Athletics has to offer.
Our outstanding tradition of pride, sportsmanship and success is widely recognized throughout the GTA and we are sure to continue to be leaders in the athletic arena.
