Grade 8 Information Evening and Open
House – Wednesday November 2, 2011
Prospective students and their parents are invited to attend the annual Grade 8 Information Evening and Open House, held on the first Wednesday in November, at 6:45 p.m.
A session on the French Immersion and Extended programs is scheduled at 6:15 p.m.
A session on the Congregated Advanced Placement Program is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
The evening also includes sessions on:
- Congregated Advanced Placement Program (Specialized Enriched Classes)
- French Immersion Classes
- Gifted Program
- Music...Vocal, Strings, and Band
- Theatre Arts
- Visual Arts and Photography
- Leadership Program
- Orientation at Camp Muskoka Woods
- Special Education
- Athletics
- Clubs and Activitie
The evening provides the opportunity to take a tour of the school, meet teachers and enjoy a variety of interactive activities.
