Academics – Science Department
The Science Department at Bishop Allen Academy is preparing the citizens and decision makers of tomorrow. It is important to us that our students are well read in the science disciplines of biology, chemistry and physics. Their science education encompasses both process and knowledge while preparing them for the modern technological world.
Our students compete in many external Science competitions and Scholarship Tests.

Students in the enriched science program have the opportunity to write the Advanced Placement examinations in Biology, Chemistry and Physics at the end of Grade 12. This is recognized for credit by some universities.
